Do you remember MTV in 1990?
I do. I miss it.
My TV got stuck on MTV tonight, and due to the desire for mindnumbing background noise it stayed there.
Lets review how the evening went.
10pm-6am Retarded reality shows involving lesbians, faggots who didn't know they were gay yet, and apparently no one had any intentions of telling them so. Ryan Cabrara trying to act cool. And of course Reverend Run, formerly of Run DMC coolness, trying to talk to his three sons about girls. I do believe it was painfully clear that he had even less of a clue about the opposite sex then even I do.
Well, after that block of retarded crap they finally played their first music video at 4am.
90 minutes and 60 minutes of commercials for the same 6 movies the same video played again.
Is this really what MUSIC TELEVISION has become?
Thank god Carson Daly isn't on MTV anymore, I mean, of course but this shit is ridiculous. There's some 15 year old guy on there now singing and rapping while dry humping some ugly bitch right now. I'm not really paying attention, but I'm sure I'll get to see it again in an hour unless I can find my remote.
MTV Sucks, I hear there is more then one of them now as well. I doubt any of them play music either. God gave us freewill and this is the shit we choose to do with it. No wonder Jesus hasn't made his comeback tour yet.
